A lot of maids

Rob • 1 year ago

fuckable maids

FBIagentSenpai • 1 year ago

ok I have a question. so he's going to tear down the restaurant/Cafe and build a parking lot, so my question is since when a parking lot makes more money than a restaurant? I don;t know any other countries but from where I live you can pay $5 dollars for a parking lot spot for 8 hours, maybe Japan is different and is more expensive? If I have to choose, I will stay with the Cafe

Pflxck • 1 year ago

well true but dont forget about all the constant expenses a cafe brings. A parking lot has almost 0 expenses if you own the land. All the money is profit

Matt90210 • 1 year ago

If a parking lot is used frequently and to make money from it, you can get a security guard/toll pass in charge or tow company to visit the area alot if using a self pay machine plus maintenance for the lot (pot holes, etc..). You can raise the prices on spring breaks, holiday times, etc... Its passive income but way slower to earn then laundromats

FBIagentSenpai • 1 year ago

that's true but I think restaurant is more profitable, you spend money on the restaurant but also make more money especially during the holidays o summer season since they are close to the beach, and we don't know how big is the land but looking at the restaurant the place is not that big so building a parking lot where probably can fit around 10-20 cars is not really worth it, I'm may be wrong since it's the first episode and I don't read the manga

MeguminExplosion • 1 year ago

any profit from a restaurant is deducted from the employee salary. If you have no customers, employees still get paid. Where as a parking lot there is less expenses, more maintenance which is cheaper and less likely to eat into your savings. It looked like it is a beach front too so in the summer he could make bank.

Videbyte • 1 year ago

Wait, you guys have to pay to park a car?

A disappointed Trash Bin • 9 months ago

It usually is within large cities where they typically force you to pay an amount depending how long you're there for. Outside of that usually its free obviously. Just depends which part of places you live.

Yuta x Rikka • 11 months ago

In a lot of places parking isn't free yeah.

IStandAlone Roronoa Zoro • 1 year ago

In UK, yes. It costs over £5 if you live in London...it's absolute shit!

Matt90210 • 1 year ago

Depends on the area and how its zoned

Isaac890 • 1 year ago

U haven't watched kitchen nightmares have you, restaurants aren't that easy to run

Dreamblade • 1 year ago

The restaurant will only be profitable if you want to spend your life running a restaurant. Just hiring someone else to manage it for you and forgetting about it is a huge gamble.

A disappointed Trash Bin • 9 months ago

idk man, have you not seen kitchen nightmares? Bro be trying to fix failing businesses and sadly only a few are still open today. It's not easy to run a restaurant when you have to pay for expenses from groceries, equipment, paying staff, electricity probably water too, paying for the property (though Im not entirely sure how Japan works for land and don't exactly know if they have to pay monthly like in America when having a restaurant but I'll assume there's tax they have to pay but feel free to correct me if you got the source/quick research on it)

tachi • 11 months ago

I believe one of the reasons he wants it to be a parking lot is because its easier to manage even if you, as the owner, are not within the vicinity, since the MC is still a university student and wanted to continue studying SPOILER?obviously he ended up keeping the cafe and giving up his enrollment to the prestigious school.

TenseiSensei • 1 year ago

I believe the statistic for restaurants is something like a 95% fail rate for restaurants. By the looks of it, the restaurant has already followed the standard 3-5 year span of running in the negatives. If it doesn’t start generating revenue soon, ie, in the year he’s taking off the try to get business going, he’s definitely better off creating a parking lot and generating money that way.

It’s also incredibly low maintenance to do so. In fact, it may be even more prudent to leave the land there/clear it, and then rent it out as a plot of commercial land, which can actually be a very nice way of generating profit.

Tsuru Monet Ally • 1 year ago

Bro, when you're the only parking lot in the area, can get away with tons of money. Like $4 per 30 min. I know of some parking lots like in the airport that charge over $30 per day.

FBIagentSenpai • 1 year ago

$30 dollars? that's crazy man, where I live they won't even charge you $10 dollars, there are places where you pay $8 dollars, I know there is a parking lot close to the bus station and you pay $5 dollars for 10 hours, there are even restaurants they don't charge you for the parking lot because that;s for the customers so as long they pay for the food they won't charge you for the parking lot

Tsuru Monet Ally • 1 year ago

Yeah man, atleast in my city the parking lot for the hospital is $14, the ones downtown range from $8-$18, and the premium venues like a convention centre or airport charge $20-30+ for the day.
Of course street parking is cheaper at $2-4 per hour.

Matt90210 • 1 year ago

Street parking usually is time based, so after 5/6pm it becomes free depending on the city. Dont forget airport can charge 100+ if gone for months on vacation/work. Hospitals in my area charge around 16+ for full day, plus double or 3x it for 1/2week passes or month pass for employees(visitors depending) to forced to pay

MeguminExplosion • 1 year ago

a parking lot has less overhead.

Jibril • 1 year ago

considering that they are near a beach, he could probably charge a hefty sum during the holidays since finding a parking slot near a beach is always such a grand hassle. It is a lot easier to take care of it rather than a cafe.

At least in my country cafes are all about branding. If you are starbucks or any big names, then you are guaranteed to get a lot of traffic, whereas cafes that actually look good but not a popular one won't get a lot of people.

Dreamblade • 1 year ago

It always irritates me how everyone flocks to Starbucks to get garbage coffee, but pass by all the unique cafes that are half the price. Brand loyalty is really like a religion.

A disappointed Trash Bin • 9 months ago

Tbf, its quite a gamble to try new places, you have to go out of your way to look at reviews or hope for a friend knows the place that's good. Starbucks is basically McDonalds coffee, quick, fast and just need the sugar and caffeine for the morning, plus its everywhere.

Qween Qingzanor • 11 months ago

Starbucks is familiar "garbage" coffee. The uncertainty of trying other places is supposedly a gamble.

ice. • 1 year ago

Maybe if u make it rental parking lot in other restaurant/cafe or other.

Ex. If i have cafe , mall or convinience , and i need another space for parking lot so i need to buy a lot or rent it

Just saying

ZURA • 1 year ago

both are very location dependent
there are restaurants racking in 5 figs on good weekend nights and there are parking lots in some places that get 25/h per spot

vovan1 • 1 year ago

Don't worry Mr. FBI. we checked, they are all legal, this time.

guevouuu • 1 year ago

I bet the mc is a wuss

Grey Alters • 1 year ago

Nope, MC is a cunning and intelligent dude that is a bit tsundere at first (he opens up really quickly) and he fucks with girls all the time, like they try shit with him and he just bamboozles them. If they really do go by the source MC is one of the best harem leads in years, because he teases the girls back when they try.

Jacman99 • 1 year ago

Good spoiler bro ty

Grey Alters • 11 months ago

Not exactly a spoiler if it's not a big reveal and obvious from get go based on character's personality.

Jacman99 • 11 months ago

W/e, the semantics of "spoiler" don't matter to me. I appreciated the info you provided about the MC because it made me more interested to continue watching this anime, so I am trying to thank you

Rob • 1 year ago

He seems closer to the mc from Amagi Brilliant Park.

GreyHawkMan • 1 year ago

he isnt at least if they follow the source he actually uses his brain also

also he is aware of the girls feelings later on he aint dense he just acts it

Time. • 1 year ago

It doesn’t hurt tho ;)

A lot of maids, or a lot of mates.

SPACE-86 • 1 year ago

i love maids

MeguminExplosion • 1 year ago

Sigh* Going from reading 18+ manhwa with share house plots on Manhwa18 and downgrading to ecchi sharehouse romance anime. Wish me luck. Im probably going to stay. Smart MC money balancing accountant theme peaks my interest like the Alchemist ryza knockoff anime last season.

Testarossa • 1 year ago

Not to mention someone has the dignity to do karate round house kick on head level while naked not just naked but completely

go1 • 1 year ago

Ok 01:50 is a moment where i drop.
He didnt even catched the leg either.

Cya,im goig to more cultured anime.

SynCloud • 1 year ago

Haha

go1 • 1 year ago

Like for real,it was moving at snail pace i'd just catch it with my one hand... Especially since that looked so squishy it would feel like an tangerine hitting me.

Yagami Kou • 1 year ago

I was expecting a wholesome SoL with the title and poster but what I got is Quintessential Quintuplets at home.

MeguminExplosion • 1 year ago

Mom can we get quintessential quintuplets?
Mom: We have quintessential quintuplets at home.
Us: 👁️💋👁️

He is the real Tokyo Revenger

And all no blood related, so no incest sh!t getting weird genetic, only a harem from irl guy want a revenge that he learn from tokyo university

Jibril • 1 year ago

tbf if quintuplet anime really became a harem end, there won't be any weird genetics or incest. Fuutarou is not related to them.

RestingMouse37 • 1 year ago

Exactly. Both of the main characters have the same personalities.
